With more tokens than restraint and a list of ideas that did not belong on a screen, I wondered whether I could hand one to an agent. I wanted a pegboard toy for Oli, so I gave it an ugly sketch and two measurements: holes 40 mm apart, 8 mm wide. About five minutes later, my printer was making pieces for the board we had drilled by hand.


I could have opened Fusion 360 and spent an evening modelling it myself. Instead I got to print, test the fit, adjust the tolerances, and hand the result to my son. That is still my favourite kind of AI product: the final interface is a physical object.
